It's not April yet but still...

This isn't a news post but just some general information. And by the way, why is my name in every post?
Anyway, stuff thats currently going on:

• still haven't heard back from Reader's Digest.
• thinking of ways to send out the message about why people should care.
• recycling as usual
• we have somewhat put the fundraiser on hold
• thinking about becoming official non-profit

March Newsletter 2008

Happy late St. Patrick's Day! Would you believe it? Dyan turned down a chance to wear green! Shame, shame, shame...

We are in the newspaper again! Not very noticeable but we're still there. I don't think the link on the site is working so...

Once again very long, once again, it is at the bottom. Or you could just go to edit, select find, and type in Ecofuture. Eitherway...

We have passed 6,000 cans and bottles in recycling! Hooray!

I don't think this is on the site but Dyan is not accepting anymore recyclers! If you would still like to join Ecofuture you are very welcome but you can't help recycle. We're already getting all confused and we only have 3 groups.

We're having some trouble with fundraising. Legally, we can't do this unless we are a registered nonprofit group. Of course, if we're a nonprofit group we have to be over 18 and we have to fill out a bunch of forms and signature stuffz. So, if anybody has any ideas how we could find a loophole or something, post it on the site.

And don't forget to fill out the survey. Only 6 people have entered their stuffz.

And so it begins.... March, that is! Yes, March is certainly bound to be a month of excitement... Where we are headed now, no one really knows... well, except for a few of us... But we are headed for big things. Fundraisers and donations are to be coming up soon... Check out the regular site; I updated a few things. And no one has actually sent any questions in yet! I will be more than happy to answer questions or bring the answers to you, but someone has to ask a question first! So I'll be back next month or possibly sooner with more information as soon as I get it... If anyone finds a nice blogskin for the site, please forward it to Kim.
